As in years past, Granville Farm will be the site of the Annual Sporting Clay Shoot on September 30th at the Nash's lovely farm, outside Warrenton, VA.
Rick Hemingway of Back Woods Quail Club will be designing the course. Will be challenging and fun, and perfect for beginners to advanced shooters. A Tower shoot, rabbits and challenging stations. Like the Bull Run course, but set on a lovely farm instead.
Please save the date and in the meantime, keep the day open and rally your team (of 4 or 5) together!

How to register:
Walk -ins welcome on 30 Sept., or put a team together (or I'll help you join a fun team)
RSVP by contacting me. Approx. $100, plus ammo for 100 targets under NCSA rules, with trappers at each station. Will have to walk about 1.5-2 miles on the course, so will take about 2-3 hours for the shoot, with a hearty lunch and drinks (with award ceremony) provided afterwards, around 1pm. A warm up target is also available (over a pond) if needed.
